• First, we support and abide by domestic and international regulations on human rights, labor, the environment, and anti-corruption, as outlined in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
• Second, we do not discriminate against one another or any stakeholder for reason of race, religion, disability, gender, level of education, place of birth, or political views.
• Third, we do not condone forced labor or child labor in any form.
• Fourth, we strive to achieve partnered growth with our partners and related organizations. Every effort is made to assist and work together with them to realize human rights-centric management.
• Fifth, we recognize and protect the human rights of residents who live in areas affected by our management activities.
• Sixth, we abide by Korean and international environmental laws and do everything we can to protect the environment and prevent environmental disasters.
• Seventh, we do our utmost for the safety, health, and personal information protection of all who use our services.
• Eighth, we guarantee freedom of assembly and the right to collective bargaining as a means of protecting the human rights of our members.
• Ninth, we guarantee health and industrial safety for members by creating a work environment that is safe and hygienic.
• Tenth, we do not discriminate against one another for reason of rank, field of work, or type of employment.
• Eleventh,   we strive to prevent human rights infringements in any area of our management activities and provide timely remedial measures for any infringements that do occur.
