Declaration of
Human Rights
Management



The Gyeonggido Women & Family Foundation proactively conducts human rights management that embodies the dignity and value of mankind in every aspect of its corporate activities and pursues sustainable development with all employees and stakeholders.
To this end, we proclaim the declaration of human rights management as the standard of our behavior and value judgment that must be observed by all executives and employees and make the following commitments:


  • One We respect and support both international and domestic standards that uphold the values of human rights, labor, environment, and anti-corruption.
  • One We do not discriminate employees or stakeholders by race, religion, disability, gender, age, origin, and political orientation.
  • One We guarantee freedom of collective bargaining and association for the protection and promotion of human rights.
  • One We do not permit any form of forced labor or child labor.
  • One We create safe and sound working conditions for employees and enhance industrial safety and health.
  • One We strive for mutual development with partners as well as the relevant institutions, while supporting and cooperating in their implementation of human rights management.
  • One We respect and protect the human rights of local residents in our business areas.
  • One We comply with domestic and overseas environmental laws and regulations while striving to protect the environment and prevent environmental disasters.
  • One We work to ensure the safety and health of customers and to protect their personal data.
  • One We provide swift and appropriate remedy for any infringement of human rights and strive for its prevention.
