I am Kim Hye-soon, president of the Gyeonggi-do Women & Family Foundation (GWFF).

Thank you for visiting the website of the GWFF, a leading organization promoting gender equality and happiness for citizens of Gyeonggi.

Founded in 2005, the GWFF is a public institution dedicated to demand-based research and projects in the areas of women's and family policy for citizens of Gyeonggi.

We take pride in our dynamic response to changing times and our significant accomplishments in policy research, education and projects spanning a variety of fields, including equality, gender, care, families, children and young people. We are at the forefront of providing bespoke childcare initiatives for citizens of Gyeonggi, alongside the Gyeonggi-do Gender-Based Violence Integrated Response Bureau, which is dedicated to creating a safety net to prevent gender-based violence and offer comprehensive support to its victims.

In line with the provincial government's vision and objectives, we will strive to provide citizens with more equitable opportunities. To this end, we will focus on establishing an integrated model for family care policies, creating a systematic response framework against gender-based violence, developing an educational system that promotes gender equality, and fostering sustainable management systems.

At the GWFF, our shared vision and objectives guide us as we strive to develop policies and initiatives that meet the needs of our citizens. Building on our achievements to date, our ambition is to become a leading public institution in the women and family sector in Korea.
